you are asking for disaster.
If you are approaching the limit AND have a well defined DB without wasted
space, then move to MySQL.
OR SQL if this is for a business.
Normalize your DB, and change binary fields (pictures) to links.
If you are still close to your limit AND must stay with Access then create a DB
that links to external DB's that have different sets of data in the different
DB's. This keeps your connections inside your code to one.
Also remember Access files never get smaller no matter how many records you
delete unless you do the "repair and compact". So you might want to spool off
that task when your app shuts down. MS has a stand-alone EXE that you can
chain to that will do this.
