Stop spreading that untrue rumor. You are just as guilty now as the person you are criticizing. There is a family with a child still living there. Social services decided to let them stay for a reason that is privacy related. "Welfare families" and people with children do not make a place "unclean" Social services made the families move to other places because they felt that the money they were supplying was to go towards running water and elec and sewar for the families with the children. That's all. So the famalies who wanted to keep getting that money and spend it for what it was intended left. EXCEPT for one family that social services lets still live there.
