I did finally get a reply, but was unable to find out the exact location of the houses, as I could easily drive there from where I am located at present. I was willing to look into it and see, but feel that it may be too much trouble if I cannot at least view the properties in question from the outside. I've seen far too many places that were beyond all hope in the past, and would no want to have to get a permit to simply tear them down, especially if the lots are really small. There are many lots that are only 25' wide, and not much you can actually place on one that size, unless you own one or more adjacent lots. Anyway, it doesn't look like I'll be getting involved in this one anyway.
