A fee of $320 to $15,000 to be imposed on new homes to fund down payments and 
closing costs for lower-income buyers was approved Tuesday by the Pima County 
Board of Supervisors.

'Most Wanted' Pima fugitive killed  
A man shot and killed by police after firing at officers during a chase early 
yesterday was listed as one of Pima County's "Most Wanted" fugitives. Nishan 
Bernard, 22, was fatally wounded after a police car and foot chase that started 
when officers were called to a family fight just after 1 a.m. at an apartment 
complex in the 5100 block of East 22nd Street.
