Hello all, I'm not sure who Camping's steward is at this point(zimbatm? _why?), but I haven't seen much activity in quite some time. I really like Camping, and I understand open source projects can fall by the wayside.
So, I'd be willing to take over maintenance and releasing. I have experience maintaining my own open source projects, and a history of contributions to other projects such as Rails. I'm familiar with the OSS process and can (hopefully) keep Camping going. If that's not acceptable, then I'd like a commit bit at least so I can push some patches in, take care of some tickets, and add some improvements. I'd hate to see Camping die a slow, lingering death in the woods because no one came to look for it. --Jeremy -- http://www.jeremymcanally.com/ My books: Ruby in Practice http://www.manning.com/mcanally/ My free Ruby e-book http://www.humblelittlerubybook.com/ My blogs: http://www.mrneighborly.com/ http://www.rubyinpractice.com/ _______________________________________________ Camping-list mailing list [email protected] http://rubyforge.org/mailman/listinfo/camping-list
