Andrew,
Have a word with Andrew (believe it or not) on Achilles, two moorings up
from me (he welded his own boat together, so should be capable of doing what
you
need). I think he keeps some portable welding gear on board. He is at KB most
Fridays and weekends and usually visits in a blue van.
