This sounds similar to what I use on contract. I have unlimited GPRS
data for £30 a month. The GPRS contracts seem to be cheaper now than a
year ago, presumably because everything is based around 3G and the mega
volumes it allows you to download (though I can not immediately think of
a location on the cut where there is reliable continuous 3G coverage.)
I'm afraid I don't know the name of the tariff and as it's part of a
corporate bundle it's not easy for me to find out. I'd suggest giving
them a call.
BTW if you have it, Onspeed makes surfing via GPRS acceptably fast.
