[canals-list] Breach @ Cowley

Can anyone give me an urgent update on the Cowley breach? I had planned to set off tomorrow morning for the cavalcade. Opinion seems to vary vastly on when boats will get through. Trying to get on BW websites just causes these useless library computers to freeze up
