[canals-list] Cowley breach - open tomorrow after all?

Another update just received from BW...

"Following last Monday’s breach on the Grand Union Canal at Cowley next to 
Benbow Waye Lane Bridge 189, British Waterways’ repair work in the last 24 
hours has progressed very well and we now expect to be able to reopen the canal 
by 4pm tomorrow (Saturday 29 April)."
