I agree, an explanation is very helpful. I have been accused of not snipping and it took ages for me to realise that it was the info at the beginning with the subject and who sent it that was the trouble. I merrily snipped the old messages and the rubbish at the end but it wasn't enough. I am more aware with this phone as I only get the first 3k without downloading again.
If you want to know who the offenders are I can happily oblige. :-)
