Hi Martin, there is a big difference with Welsh and English, Welsh is purely phonectic, one sound for each letter so only one pronunciation, by contrast we all know how difficult English pronunciation is.I would say your question is off topic but there are boats on the river at Shewsbury. Chris.KP
