Although I was in Penkridge only a few days ago I can safely say that it
wasn't me. Occasionally unshaven but definitely not bearded.
I have to say that comments on another list recently incline me to the
view that some historic boat owners seem to think that the 4mph limit
doesn't apply to them :-(
