Yes I got one as well today. Interesting to read Amanda's comment "After
much debate and consideration of the many views expressed we have now
come to our final conclusions, with the agreement of the main national
User Groups representing boaters"
I wonder if this agreement extends to the phrase: "The amount of use
that a boat makes of the waterway would be a fair and legitimate method
of price discrimination..."
I suspect not. Actually is there a single national user group who do
support this view? OK, I'll concede the Dutch Barge Association. Anyone
else?
