I have mentioned before, but this will be the last time, thanks for
your patience.

The Glos & Herefs branch of the IWA is organising a gathering at Lydney
Docks over the weekend of 15th & 16th July to coincide with the Lydney
Yotties (  www.lydneyyachtclub.co.uk ) summer bash and mark the first
anniversary of the completion of the Lydney Docks regeneration by the
EA.

There was a little mention of this on p21 of June issue "Canal Boat and
Inland Waterways"

So far there are a dozen or so craft confirmed, but there is room for
more. Furthermore there will be yet another practice run - out from
Sharpness on Saturday 10th June (early am) and back Sunday 11th June
(also early am). So far we have planned 3, aborted 1, cancelled 1 and
completed 1.

Anyone interested in joining the practice or the real thing . . .
please let me know.

Also if anyone is aware of folks planning to head to Bristol after the
Saul festival please let me know the details so I can share the info
around the group of intrepid ones.

Cheers
Beeky
