Where can they send it to if you're on the move on the cut?  My experience was 
the same as Sue's. We will just have to rely on getting a fortnight's licence 
from the Thames lockie when we get there.  Many thanks from me too to those who 
posted the needed info.

Last time we on the Thames (2003) I used the good old-fashioned dog &
bone to contact the EA and the forms and all the backup arrived the
following day.
