We , up here in the country which I gather has decided not to take part in some game being played in Germany, are being honoured by a visit from Andrew and Wendy Dyke next week.
A GIG is called for! The current plan is to meet either in Edinburgh at the Quay on Wednesday evening or in Linlithgow on Thursday evening. In Edinburgh there is an Italian restaurant in the quay itself and a Thai restaurant few minutes walk away or we are not far from the city centre itself. . In Linlithgow, there are various eating establishments including a Chinese which does a rather good banquet night, I seem to recall. It is far too long since we have had a Scottish GIG. Who all can make it and where would you prefer to meet?
