Mike asked about the Orange PAYG data deal. It only applies to GPRS data. If your phone does this and is unlocked then follow these instructions.
1st get an Orange PAYG Sim. 2nd ring customer services and register the sim for GPRS. 3rd ring 450 and select options 3,1,1,1,1 untill you get a voice telling you that you have had the extra service enabled. 4th wait for the text message telling you that you can start your GPRS session. 5th set up your laptop to use the relevant GPRS fax and data modem. 6th set it to dial *#99# and to use the username user and the password pass. Set this modem as default. 7th open your Internet or email program and it 'should' connect up and do the business. Your one pound session will last untill 23.59 hours.tomorrow you only need to do section 3 and 7.
