The bad news is that this is the lowest anywhere on the BW system, and the K&A doesn't have a huge reservoir capacity to start with, so it's 70% of not terribly much. The good news is that it has not decreased since the May figure, and is slightly higher than the equivalent figure for June 2005 of 67%.
