Further to previous correspondence, and having carefully reviewed the
detail of Mr. Holland's original complaint, I am entirely satisfied that
Matt Thuys, Business Development Manager, responded to his issues fully
and appropriately, and it is wholly inappropriate to discuss further Mr.
Holland's concerns with a third party.
