Absolutely. This is a flight which is good to share as the locks are relatively heavy, and fairly spread out. Perhaps there needs to be some recognised signal for boats to indicate whether or not they are going into a lock. It's also a common place to wind, as the Marina entrance is the first place north of Weedon wharf (which is to the south of Weedon) where you can turn, so there's a good chance that boats will not be going up the locks.
