Above snipped in various places. I am more than happy to talk about living on a
narrow boat but having a stranger stay is a different matter due to the size of
the accommodation. A member of the rboa (residental boat owners association )
does do holidays on their boat for people interested in the life.

I was also a bit reticent after having an American from Nigeria want to rent a
room. The correspondence was very amusing especially the list of furniture that
they wanted to ship over. Needless to say the correspondence stopped when I
asked for more than a mobile phone number as a reference. I wondered how far it
would go before they gave up.
