I hope you complained! Christa and I ate at the Barley Mow at Newbold and (frozen). So we won't eat there again.
Anne C I think the local recommendation is now the Crown (?) - from the bridge beside the Barley Mow walk to the main road, turn left - its about 200 yards down by the cross-roads. Alternatively , it's about the same distance downhill from the next (Green's) bridge - the other road at the cross-roads! I have drunk but not eaten there.
