Looking back at my logs for 2004, I see I passed through Burnley around 
the middle of the day on a Tuesday, and Blackburn during the middle of 
the following day. Had no problems with the local yoof at either 
location. In fact, the 'official' bandit country is from Leeds to Newlay 
locks, and I saw no evidence of trouble there either.
