we are last in the queue ( but nearer the locks) something about city and met line and the C2C line! could have had a further 45 mins in my bed ! LATE got to be Skipton they have Fish and Chips to die for! thats it Skipton is Fish and Chips and ???? Mind you there have been other great places in between ! Ripon (how big are the fish restaurants) York (Betting) York (River Flosse - venitian narrowboating) York ( The Judges' Lodgings) Barking (did i say that) Wigan Flight (Blessed) Stamford Bridge River Derwent and Ouse ( Lifeboats R us ) Castleford Thames (awesome) Greenwich to Brentford The Barrier twice (paying respects) The Royal Docks :) Parbold (days before the breach) And all this in a narrow boat.
