For us a normal days boating is a 6.00 start with a 7.30 finish and an hour in the pub at lunchtime. Though on some days (like Evesham a couple of years ago we might stop mid afternoon and enjoy the town) or we might carry on till later. In the late spring/summer we sometime have a meal in a pub then cruise on for hour into the countryside. Our joy is boating though I can see some just like to moor up and enjoy the scenery.
