Don't worry about it Mike. I'll bet I could cast off from a mooring next to you and chug away at 5am without you noticing, or generally speaking creep past without disturbing you. It's mainly the human gob that pricks the early morning air . . . "untie it . . . push harder . . . get on NOW" etc or someone walloping a mooring pin to extract it.
