Aboard Jannock we use both strategies, sometimes together, but always with himself rising early. Although early cruisers may annoy the late sleepers, it seems to me the lie-abeds get their revenge by cooking up fragrant bacon sarnies just as early risers hit the time when it would be either greedy or inconvenient lock-wise to go off and have a fry up of their own.
