I've had to chase up after non-delivery several times in the last year or so (they've always sent a replacement without quibbling, and the replacements have always arrived). The only advice they gave me was to check with Royal Mail, which I did, even though nothing else other than CB was affected. In the end I wrote them (CB, not RM) a letter of complaint, but never got a satisfactory answer.
