Hi all,
You can tell the summer hols have started in earnest. Lots of boats
past our mooring and most of them speeding. Woken up by nb Elizabeth
this morning who had quite a wake following them even though the canal
was about 12 inches deeper than last night after the huge downpour we
had. Worst offenders recently were a Hillingdon Narrowboat Project
boat. Ho hum ...
Still we're off on our hols soon if the lack of water doesn't cause
problems. Attempting to reach Stratford on Avon if we can. Leaving 5th
August. Back on the 20th. Will keep an eye out for list boats.
