Got up early and completed a car shuffle from Sandford by 9 AM.
Toads Haul finally moved out of Jannock's mooring this morning and so we
could reverse back into our own spot before moving everything into the car.
We had a visit from Phil and Anne Irons and Phil's sister and hubby to
collect a mobile phone I had obtained for them. They are over for a few
weeks including a Thames ring hire trip. We enjoyed a long chat and Brenda
created a very nice spot of lunch from what little we had left on board.
We ended the day with a visit to Morrisons, to re-provision for home once
they had left, and then had an excellent meal out on the way home to Thame.
We arrived home in the dark to a mountain of jobs that require doing but
went to bed instead. How Brenda has allowed me to sit here catching up on
the trip reports, I do not know.
I apologise for them not being sent every day but when your office email
address gets bombarded with spam, the blackberry will not send mail until
all the spam has been deleted and that was not possible until I could find a
broadband access point, i.e. home.
Setting off for Napton next weekend.
