I have visited Nuneaton 4 times before today over a period of 5 years. Always by boat and never stopping.
I have passed by in 3 of the 4 seasons, but it has always been raining. It seemed today that the usual storm would oblige, with black clouds all around once we passed Sutton Stop. Today not a drop fell on us in Nuneaton. But . . . . it started as soon as we reached Judkins Quarry, which of course is located immediately on the edge of the town.
