After 25 frustrating minutes hanging on last night I spoke to a bod at
customer service who confirmed that a) lost money wouldbe credited back
to the 'phone and that b) world access was faulty again. He couldn't
tell me when it would be fixed but said they'd bern told to advise
waiting 48 hours. There is also apparently no means (or interest) in
letting those affected know perhaps by txt that the fault was fixed.
