My friend & I went to Buckingham Palace and she saw an item in the shop which
she failed to buy. I decided to get it for her as a gift but it wasn't shown on
the web site. I emailed the shop and had a reply by return. I could either send
a cheque or pass my credit card details and they would post the item. The next
day I received an email telling me that the item had been posted and asking if
the item is a gift, if so where I would l like the invoice sending? I am
completely overwhelmed by the service.
A new money spinner at the Palace could be teaching good service.
