I'm told by another Bruce (he of Braidbar 33, Andromeda) that Beta have
recently changed their advice and spec for engine oil for the Beta 43
(and so presumably for the smaller models too). Following some problems
with bore glazing they now recommend basic API CC, SAE 30 unigrade,
rather than the previous 15W/40, any decent motor oil. Does this bring
them into line with Isuzu and Lister Petter?
