Was out on the Caldon today (and what a glorious day for boating) when I
noticed a sign recently put up by BW at Endon saying "This location is
designated winter mooring during the stoppage season."
I've never seen such a sign before. What does it mean in practical terms
for those of use who are boating in the winter? Have such signs appeared
anywhere else?
