And we Londoners had Adam Hart-Davis on 'How London was Built', which is 
quite good but less interesting this week than the first two episodes. Last 
week was about canals and the first week was hydraulic power used to control 
theatre curtains, etc, which I first learned about from my late husband. So 
this week's episode about airports was not quite so engrossing, especially 
as City Airport did not get a mention, just some aerial pictures.

The programme on Raymond Baxter was very interesting, even if the boating 
side of his pastimes got little coverage.
