Indeed.  And everyone else with broad or wide beam craft.  

Don't forget, though, that EA levies such charges only on the Thames
now.  However, its current plan is to spread them to Anglian and
Medway, where the majority of craft are not narrow.  Their owners will
get a very nasty shock if EA succeeds.
