On 18, Oct 2006, at 13:45, Roger Millin and others quipped, jibed and
cast aspersions.
In fact we arrived there about 10:00, more or less the same time as 3 x
BW crew. They told us they were about to start an emergency stoppage
which would have wrecked our schedule, especially as at the end of the
month Stourport locks are being closed until Xmas !
Anyway we have reached Stourport. Tomorrow it's BSC day and then off
down the Severn. It hasn't rained on us yet but we're expecting to get
a drenching tomorrow.
We are still having email delivery problems, very sporadic deliveries.
I posted a msg yesterday and have not seen it delivered. So I am
sending this one twice using my two ID's
