Looking at the headers in your test message, the delay occurred
in getting the message into Yahoo, not within Yahoo.  The 
headers below, copied from your message, are latest first.

You can see that your message reached abel.net.uk on 18 Oct
at 744, but abel.net.uk did not manage to stuff it into yahoo
until 19 Oct at 1247.  Though it is possible (but very unlikely)
that yahoo refused the message for that long, the most likely
explanation is a mail handling problem at abel.net.uk.
