This is a campaign that will need a combination of grass roots
pressure where SOW can do much to mobilise, and intelligent lobbying
in the corridors of Whitehall and Westminster where the trade
associations and IWA can use their expertise.

Successful campaigns are all about building alliances, small egos and
sharing credit.

I last contributed to this discussion about a fortnight ago just
before setting off for a week on the Canal Rhone a Sete (very
pleasant) and I've only just had a chance to catch up with it.
Congratulations to everyone who has achieved so much in such a short
time.
