Yes they did.
I have also written in a recent post as follows, creating some
misunderstandings unfortunately

and I can see that this does infer that the Gloucester meeting was a
SOW event. Which of course it wasn't.
What I meant was that SOW events up and down the country will be
similar to the Gloucester meeting insofar as there will be a gathering
of boaters in some kind of meeting/protest/rally etc and I fear there
is a danger of sending mixed messages.
I wish I hadn't reported on it now.
