I seem to recall passing a BW facility somewhere along the S. Oxford where
one of the BW employees was busily chopping away at the vegetation with a
sickle, while the towpath was seriously overgrown. Even at its most rural,
the GU's towpath was a motorway in comparison to the Oxford's.
