Mike's two "odd" messages, and a recent one from Bruce Napier,
both contain Subject and From lines (that can be seen if one looks
at the messages with full headers). However, all three messages
contain some debris in front of the header that seems to mess up
the Subject and From line display in YahooGroups and some email
programs. (My email program handled Mike's fine, but failed to
show the Subject and From lines on Bruce's). (Software guys call
this a parsing error.)
No idea where the debris causing the problem is coming from though.

I don't see the mike.fc2 address, only the one containing "mike.stevens".
