Some will be aware that the Independent newspaper is currently pushing
its Green Manifesto, a more radical alternative to the possibly
promised Climate Change Bill. They've invited readers to contribute
suggestions for inclusion in Saturday's edition, so I've just
despatched the following to them.
If others send in their threeha'pence today, we might get something
included about waterways in the final thing.
