Yes, but Barry accesses from a library so the browser is likely to be
VERY restricted and he wont be able to alter them. It's not the first
time he's not been able to access things that the rest of us can. Maybe
it's time to buy his own PC ;^)

As I explained [I hope] to Dorothy, "Youtube" could easily have ' offensive' 
material on it but 'Save our waterways' hopefully does not! Ergo why the 
restriction???

  P.S. I moored opposite you overnight 10 November, no signs of life from 
Jannock or Parglena until I started up & moved on--had a few quick words with 
Julian when he told me that "It's not *what* you know but *who* you know when 
it comes to getting a mooring" re your new [to me] appearance in front of 
Parglena!
