The join only happened after the 1st Elizabeth. I believe Wales joined a bit 
earlier.
If they don't want to be separate why have they opted for their own parliaments?
Perhaps they like being MPs.They have Mps in Scotland, mps in England & mps in 
Europe. It's a job creation scheme!
