Yes, it's the main Parish Church in Stone. My "patch" will be 11,000 out of a town of 15,000. This is the Church at the South Eastern corner of the town centre, St Michael and St Wulfad. As for having a canal in the patch - yes! For the first time in 22.5 years of doing this. Hopefully this will be fun. But as to whether or not it was designed for me, I cannot say. I do know I was asked to apply for it, but this was a competitive interview with three candidates, the Church of England catching up with modern employment practice!
