It was only a definition I adopted from the BW vocabulary. I never took
it as a serious description of what I do, nor what almost everybody
else does.
I felt so proud to be a legally qualified CC for the period July to
October this year but I stumped up my £s for my mooring licence, to the
beleaguered (sp !) BW, in advance of my return to home waters.

I have always looked after them. Topped them up, spoken nicely to them,
kept them on trickle charge regardless of the risk of hull corrosion.
And never asked them to power a TV {;>)
