The Victron Phoenix Multi does this from within the box, presumably
using a similar system. It adds the sophistication of switching near
instantly from external supply to inverter (you don't see a flicker on
the screen) but of imposing a 30s pause when going the other way from
inverter to external supply. I guess the idea is to ensure that the
external supply is stable before committing to it.
