I get the feeling you're winding me up--I *always* to my knowledge, edit my 
replies so as to make clear who is saying what. I apologise profusely if anyone 
has been confused by my failure to do so.
  Right, the challenge is:- You, Malcolm, write an e-mail whilst pretending to 
be me & let's see  just how it looks on the list. I want to see my sign-off 
*just* as it appears when *I* post an e-mail.
  So there is no confusion as to who has sent it include the phrase DOUBTING 
MALCOLM within the text. When I have seen the result I will concede the point 
*if* there is one to concede.
